Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Wrong or duplicate payment was made.
  • Service was not delivered as promised.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Successfully delivered design services or completed projects.
  • Change of mind after work commencement.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed only before project initiation or service confirmation.
Once work starts or design material is shared, cancellations are not accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Digital Design Files / Proposals: Delivered electronically via email or client dashboard.
  • On-Site Services / Installations: Delivery timelines vary as per project scope.
  • Physical Products (if any): Delivered within 7–10 business days within India.
    We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, or natural disasters. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.
